Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
